Hello there, my name is Stephen and I own and operate White Knight, Action Cleaning and Seabreeze with my wife and two sons.
We have always believed in quality above all else and if you do too, then your search for a carpet and upholstery cleaner is over and you need look no further.
When you call me to make a booking you will get me answering the phone, not a call center. If I don?t answer the phone its only because I am cleaning for, or chatting with a client or its not office hours (but I usually answer the phone at night and weekends too).
What can you expect from me?
1. I will personally clean for you and if I cannot, I will call to reschedule or ask if its ok for one of my boys to stand in. You will be charged half, or nothing at all for the inconvenience.
2. Attention to detail. I am fanatical about doing a great job for you and meeting your needs and far exceeding your expectations.
3. I will take my time and be meticulous in my efforts to clean your carpet or upholstery.
4. I will guarantee my work.
5. I absolutely will not cut corners when I serve you.
6. I will solve any cleaning related issue you have that others have not.
Cleaning is just what I do, but quality of service is my passion. Many of my clients, I can proudly say, are also my friends and I never let them down .

Here is a list of things you WILL NOT get
1. A low paid commission based employee trying to sell add-ons that should have been included (its called bait and switch)
2. Sticky, high detergent residue left in the carpet.
3. A rushed job.
4. A ?cash only? method of payment and no receipt.
5. A beat up van and equipment that cannot maintain a respectable cleaning temperature.
