We recently bought a couple of new bits of equipment to perform restoration carpet cleaning. I put off buying for some time but now realise I was a fool to do so. Not only can this new equipment do an incredible job restoring carpets to former glory, but it can also get them so much drier that more traditional methods. It takes a little longer than traditional wand cleaning a carpet and frankly, a wand clean still gives acceptable results, but when you want to ensure the carpet is a clean as it can possibly be with no compromise, then restoration carpet cleaning is the way to go. When we perform restoration carpet cleaning we replace the traditional “wand” with a circular power head. This power head spins really fast, has three hot water jets and three vacuum ports. The speed of rotation can be altered to suit the carpet type and soiling conditions. This combination of speed, hot water and vacuum contribute to a first class cleaning experience. ?Restoration Carpet Cleaning is an option we will offer at times that we think is appropriate. Not ever carpet needs it so just because we can is no reason to do so. We are always looking for new, innovative ways to get out clients carpets cleaner and this equipment is certainly no a considered by us to be a “must have” item. We received an email just two days ago from Amanda and she wrote “Hi, the carpets look wonderful Thank-You for doing such a great job for us 🙂 Merry Christmas!” Amanda and her husband (especially) made it clear they were concerned about the quality of the cleaning and that might be because of a poor service previously. I am pleased that we were able to meet and likely exceed their expectation!
