Occasionally we get a carpet that is so badly soiled we need to return to re-clean it.

Just remember, if we tell you that this might happen, you pay and we will have already discussed this possibility with you and agreed a price.

If we do not, then its on us, no questions asked.

However, we do rely on your honesty in this as well.

By that we mean don’t call us back a month later just to get it cleaned again or just to take advantage of the offer.
The offer is made in a genuine spirit of goodwill and we would like it to be used in the same fashion.
