Plenty has happened since then. Sadly (for us) Mike decided to leave and move to BC to be closer to his daughter. Our best wishes to you and Jaime.

A replacement for Mike has still not been found, not that I was looking too hard. I decided to go back to doing it all myself for this year and revisit expansion and hiring technicians next year.

The downside to this is fewer available appointments and as its getting closer to December I want to encourage you to make your Christmas booking now rather than wait.
