We were asked to clean a carpet at a Lacombe apartment building. The tenant had already had it “cleaned” for $130.00.
The new tenant had allergies to cats and could not live there.

We were asked to re-clean.

We did the re-clean which included a pre-vacuum, cleaning the carpet and post vacuum to ensure we had removed all the cat fur.

The landlord had asked the original company to go back and at least vacuum the carpets and their response was “we expect the carpet to be fully vacuumed before we arrive, it’s not our job”.

So when we do arrange a cleaning carpets for folks with pet allergies we will always vacuum the carpet, apply an anti microbial to the rinse AND NOT CHARGE extra for it.
